Nada de amabilidad, servicio preferencial quien da propina, nada de atención a quien llega a cargar, largos tiempos de espera y un sin fin de malos tratos y para nosotros los clientes. Hace poco pasa paso lo siguiente:
Llegamos a cargar gasolina pero nadie atendió, como si nadie estuviera, esperamos bastante tiempo, cuando nos decidimos a poner nosotros la gasolina, el personal que atiende estaba más interesados en comprar chucherías del otro lado de la gasolinera que atender, no es malo comprar comida pero el cliente es primero. Una de las empleadas vio que estábamos ahí y aún así tardó otro poco más, cuando llegó con nosotros como si nada hubiera pasado ya estábamos dispuestos a irnos. Por las prisas dejamos que nos colocará la gasolina, y esto fue de muy mala gana lo peor paso enseguida nosotros estábamos platicando dentro del auto y pensó que le habíamos dicho algo o no lo se, se puso agresiva e intento intimidarnos con el bastón que se usa para limpiar el parabrisas, claro nosotros no nos quedamos callados y más que asombrados molestos por su actitud, pagamos y nos retiramos de ahí preguntamos su nombre y nos dijo que "toñita" no hemos podido contactar con el dueño ya que es lamentable que su negocio sea cuidado por personas con tan mala educación y ética dudosa ya que vecinos aseguran no ponen litros completos. Si el dueño puede ver esto le pedimos atentamente que sea más selectivo con su personal. Cuiden su dinero y no vayan ahi.

No kindness, preferential service who gives tips, no attention to who arrives to load, long waiting times and endless mistreatment and for us the customers. The following happened recently:
We got to load gasoline but no one attended, as if no one was there, we waited a long time, when we decided to put the gasoline, the staff who attend were more interested in buying trinkets from the other side of the gas station than attending, it is not bad to buy food but the customer comes first. One of the employees saw that we were there and even so it took a little longer, when she arrived with us as if nothing had happened we were ready to leave. Because of the rush, we let him put the gas on us, and this was very reluctantly the worst step right away we were talking inside the car and he thought we had said something to him or I don't know, he got aggressive and tried to intimidate us with the cane that was used to clean the windshield, of course we are not silent and more than amazed annoyed by his attitude, we paid and left there we asked his name and he told us that "toñita" we could not contact the owner since it is unfortunate that his business is taken care of by people with such bad education and dubious ethics since neighbors assure they do not put full liters. If the owner can see this, we kindly ask that he be more selective with his staff. Take care of your money and don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Empleadas mal educadas. Y no respetan promociones. Utilizan el tiempo de trabajo para ir a comprar su comida. Y nosotros los clientes tenemos que despacharnos la gasolina. Y todavía exigen propina por limpiar parabrisas. Quien les pidió lo limpian en primer lugar?
Terrible service. Badly educated employees. And they don't respect promotions. They use their work time to go shopping for their food. And we customers have to dispatch the gasoline. And they still require a tip for cleaning the windshield. Who asked you to clean it in the first place?
