★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He puesto una queja ante PROFECO debido a que los medios de facturación no están disponibles, ni la liga que indican en su ticket, ni la app, ni la página de SAIGSA, telefónicamente no responden, si no tienen ese tipo de servicio para facturar no entiendo como es que lo citan en sus tickets... Mejor pongan expresamente en ellos que se tienen que facturar de forma presencial en la estación, pues uno se va de ahí en el entendido de que si ponen medios electrónicos es por que se puede hacer, de lo contrario me parece que constituye un engaño al consumidor en lo cual tiene competencia PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio de facturación, no dan servicio en internet ni físicamente, los despachadores “te dan “ tu factura y ni saben moverle a una computadora, siempre hay problemas por qué “no saben qué le movieron y no pueden darme la factura”.
The billing service is terrible, they do not provide service on the internet or physically, the dispatchers "give you" your bill and they don't even know how to move it to a computer, there are always problems because "they don't know what they moved and they can't give me the bill."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal poco (o nada) capacitado, mas de 10 minutos para facturar y cuándo llega la persona responsable atiende de muy mal modo y otras ocasiones de plano dicen que no hay quien facture. En cuánto al combustible no se nota que despachen litros completos ni como comprobarlo.
Terrible service, little (or not at all) trained staff, more than 10 minutes to bill and when the person in charge arrives, he attends in a very bad way and other times they flatly say that there is no one to bill. As for the fuel, it is not noticeable that they dispense full liters or how to check it.
