★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de facturación, en especifico "Guadalupe" es demasiado grosera con los clientes, le solicite mi factura via correo electronico, posteriormente le hable por telefono para confirmar, me dijo que tenia mucho trabajo como para estar facturando los tickets de todos los clientes, que si quería una factura la solicitara directamente con los que cargan GAS... despues me colgo
Que servicio tan nefasto, le pongo una estrella gracias al coraje que me hizo pasar esta señora
The billing staff, specifically "Guadalupe" is too rude to customers, I asked for my bill via email, later I spoke to him by phone to confirm, he told me that he had a lot of work to be billing tickets for all customers, that if I wanted an invoice, I would request it directly with those who load GAS ... then I hang up
What a disastrous service, I give it a star thanks to the courage that this lady put me through
