★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El despachador me atendió muy bien, pero resulta que pagué con tarjeta y salió saldo insuficiente ok, pago con otra tarjeta y es aprobada ok, pero al checar mi estado de cuenta 3 días después resulta que me cobraron doble, en ambas tarjetas, acudo a la sucursal y me pasan con la encargada, que echo a perder todo porque me atendió de una manera bastante descortés y me mandó a checarlo con mi banco y lo arreglara como pudiera, porque ella no podía hacer nada. Creo que a cualquier negocio le puede pasar esto con las tarjetas, pero el negocio de igual manera tiene la obligación de apoyar al cliente, espero y esto llegue al dueño y la reprendan, por que esta señora es altanera y grosera no escucha y solo lo que ella dice, este tipo de empleados manchan la imagen de los negocios.
The dispatcher treated me very well, but it turns out that I paid with a card and there was insufficient balance ok, I pay with another card and it is approved ok, but when I check my account statement 3 days later it turns out that they charged me twice, on both cards, I go to the branch and they put me through to the manager, who ruined everything because she treated me in a very impolite manner and sent me to check with my bank and fix it however I could, because she couldn't do anything. I think that this can happen to any business with the cards, but the business also has the obligation to support the customer, I hope and this reaches the owner and they reprimand her, because this lady is arrogant and rude, she does not listen and only she says, these types of employees tarnish the image of business.
