★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el servicio y atencion más o menos. pedi mi ticket para facturar en linea y me llevo la sorpresa de que no lo dan con los datos completos ya que falta el web id para hacerlo, esto lo hacen intencional ya que sin esta informacion no se puede facturar en la pagina y el ticket sale impreso con la información y mandas correo y llamas y no atienden, ni dan respuesta.
Creo que si vamos a la profeco o consultamos con el SAT igual y ahi si darán respuesta.
les dare el beneficio de 1 día más ya que tengo una semana completa buscando resolver y se acerca fin de mes.
