Y las dos veces que he cargado en Shell, me rindio casi 300 km los mismos litros. favor de revisar su gasolina pues esta muy cara para que no de el rendimiento que debe ser o mejor como otras marcas. Para inicio lo encontré chateando en las escaleras pegadas al área de facturación. Al solicitar su asistencia, con jeta y manos me indico que estaba cerrada esa área. Le explique que había facturado por Internet, que según su página marcaba facturación exitosa, pero que aun no me llegaba la factura. A lo que de forma grosera me indico que no podía hacer nada, que no sabia y que mañana volviera a las 08:30 horas para que la persona de facturación me atendiera. ¿ Hacen lo mismo también con quienes solo están de paso ?? De ser así que pésima imagen. por lo pronto. haré participe a todo a quien conozco de la pésima atención que brindan, iniciando por le grupo en Balvanera. C	César Calderón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En una ocasión me robaron lo de 20 litros, la bomba jamás cargó el contenido porque tuvo "una falla de luz" me pidieron pasar a otra bomba para volver a cargar los 20 litros QUE YA HABIA PAGADO y en esa bomba si cargó pero ME COBRARON POR SEGUNDA VEZ LOS 20LITROS obvio me rehusaba a pagarlos y hablaron a la policía porque según ellos ya los había marcado la bomba, el encargado jamás apareció todas las instrucciones las daba por teléfono y al final el oficial de policía me aconsejó pagar los 20lts dos veces y poner mi denuncia en PROFECO. JAMÁS CARGARÉ AQUI NI EN NINGUNA GASOLINERA DE ESA CADENA. Adjunto evidencia.
