Fue de las primeras gasolinerias fundadas en el municipio con una amplia historia por ello el nombre de su fundador don Abelardo Alcocer quien era una gran persona y destacado en el pueblo. Ahora permanece el prestigio de la empresa con el reconocimiento de la familia quienes están al frente hasta nuestros días.
