Normalmente cargo gasolina allí...
Hoy solo pase por que mi acompañante quería pasar al sanitario, me sorprendió que la puerta no estuviera abierta, me acerque a un despachador y le pedí que si porfavor podía habrir para hacer uso del servicio, muy burlonamente me contestó que solo si le mostraba mi ticket de consumo, le dije que había cargado tanque lleno el día anterior, pero me dijo que aún así debía mostar el ticket para hacer uso. Me parece que ese es un mal servicio al cliente, cambiaré de estación para cargar gasolina...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima que sea una gasolinera Shell, pues como marca siempre había recibido excelente atención en otras estaciones de la marca. No se si cambiaron de personal o de administración, pero de hace como dos o tres meses, todo cambió, antes eran de mis estaciones favoritas pero todo lo arruinaron.
Le doy mala calificación por dos razones:
1.- SIEMPRE te quieren despachar gasolina premium cuando la inmensa mayoría de los autos ni les va ni les viene ese tipo de combustible, le quieren a uno ensartar el combustible más caro.
2.-cuando les pides gasolina regular, te la niegan argumentando que no tienen, no es ni una ni dos ni tres ocasiones que me hacen eso.
3.- Te condicionan el uso de los sanitarios, tienes que cargar más de diez litros de combustible para que "te presten la llave" del sanitario.
Mi recomendación, No carguen en ésta estación de gasolina, a menos que tengan un auto con motor de alta compresión y que solo carguen gasolina premium.

Too bad it is a Shell gas station, because as a brand it had always received excellent attention at other stations of the brand. I don't know if they changed staff or administration, but about two or three months ago, everything changed, before they were my favorite stations but they ruined everything.
I give it a bad rating for two reasons:
1.- They ALWAYS want to dispense premium gasoline when the vast majority of cars neither do nor get that type of fuel, they want you to put the most expensive fuel.
2.-When you ask them for regular gasoline, they deny it, arguing that they do not have it, it is not one, two, or three occasions that they do that to me.
3.- They condition the use of the toilets, you have to load more than ten liters of fuel so that they "lend you the key" to the toilet.
My recommendation, do not charge at this gas station, unless you have a car with a high compression engine and only charge premium gasoline.
