L	Lidyeth Azucena Sandoval Barraza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para los gerentes de Gaspasa, hagan algo respecto al servicio, lo solicité el día de ayer y quedó agendado para hoy temprano, nunca llegó, volví a hablar y que había tenido la unidad un percance, mandaron otra unidad y tampoco llegó, me marcaron y a los 3 minutos les regresé la llamada y la operadora decía que habían estado afuera de mi domicilio y nadie salió (nosotros estuvimos afuera esperándolo), no dejo nota y después afirmó la muchacha que como no contesté y no dije entre qué calles estaba el domicilio por eso no llegaron, cuando no es la primera vez que vienen a mi domicilio, las operadoras (porque hice varias llamadas) dijeron que lo único que podían hacer es agendarte para mañana, es un abuso sobre todo porque tengo niñas chiquitas una de meses y enferma, hay que calentar todo y ni siquiera 3 minutos pasaron seña que ni se acercó el chófer de Gaspasa. Pongan atención en su personal es un abuso la verdad. Ojalá hagan algo para mejorar el servicio tanto del chófer cómo de las operadoras telefónicas... Están vendiendo un producto que pagamos muy caro, no nos están haciendo ni un favor ni regalando el tanque de gas para recibir ese trato. Terrible customer service. The person who attended me was rude and despotic. They are selling a product that we pay dearly for, they are not doing us a favor or giving away the gas tank to receive that deal.
s	supercel meza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio les hable y fueron a mi domicilio el repartido ni siquiera entro al pasillo vio de lejos que era de velagas y solo se limito a decir que eso no los cambian que porque no son de gaspas ( esta paractica la hacen para que uno siempre les consuma a ellos mismo ) ago la aclaracion de que mi cilindro esta en perfecto estado nuevesito bien pintadito sin fugas de nada como para que me pongan de pretexto eso

Cuando me tengo que ir, marco para preguntar qué pasó, y la de Call center me dice que están afuera de mi casa, siendo que yo estaba en la esquina y aún alcanzaba a ver qué no había nadie afuera. Me quisieron dar otro horario en la tarde, y acepté; pero como si no fuera suficiente, me marcan 2 horas antes de la hora establecida para decirme que podían ir en 40 min, porque después ya no iba a poder el señorito ocupado que maneja la pipa. Les pongo 1 estrella, solo porque no se puede poner 0. En la vida le vuelvo a hacer un pedido a esta empresa de porquería. Disgust of service.
