★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering this was in the international terminal, the service was poor (wait staff didn't understand English), menu items were limited and the food was completely low quality. False advertising and very disappointing. Perhaps it was due to being there late in the evening but there shouldn't be limited service in my opinion at the boarding gates if it's a 24/7 operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why take customers orders if you don’t have the food? We were told we couldn’t have nachos because of no tortilla chips but that they could do it with potatoes, we said ok. They delivered this. They then said there’s no cheese or guacamole. We should have gotten up and just left...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible service. I never do reviews and I always try to find the positive side of things. But this time we had 8 employees, the restaurant was almost empty and yet they took 10 minutes to even bring us the menu. After we ate (the panini was not good, the fries were good but soggy), it took them 15 minutes to even pay attention to us. We called them many times but they were into their conversations, their phone and one of them had his finger in his nose :(
I would not recommend this place.
Especially if you have a plane to catch! They will make you wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed, I am very upset before leaving the country.. I ask a bottle of water, and a black coffee, but i paid 89 pesos for a bottle of water and 54 for black coffee. I was surprised to pay such for a bottle of water because the price of water bottle was not on the menu. And I didn’t have enough pesos with me… I had to use my international credit card and to pay commission for it.. dont go there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tasted old - and when asking for no dairy/cheese they brought the food with. And they tried to scrape the cheese out of the wrap. Half the menu want available. Do not eat here. Wish I would have checked reviews prior to eating.
