★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ? me atendieron horrible, se tardaron demasiado, los que atienden me llevaron algo que no pedí y lo peor es que al momento de pagar me lo querían cobrar yo les dije que no lo había ordenado y que no lo iba a pagar pero no les importo y me insultaron diciendo que si no tenia no fuera a restaurantes en polanco, yo solo me retire enojada y sin ganas de volver jamás, así que no vallan, los atienden muy mal y aparte si esta caro para lo que es!
Terrible service ? they treated me horrible, they took too long, those who serve me brought me something I didn't ask for and the worst thing is that when I paid they wanted to charge me for it, I told them that I hadn't ordered it and that I wasn't going to pay for it but no They cared about me and insulted me saying that if I didn't have it I shouldn't go to restaurants in Polanco, I just left angry and never wanted to go back, so don't go, they treat you very badly and apart from that it's expensive for what it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calidad del café más menos y engañan a sus clientes. Te dicen que es 2 por 1 y después te cobran $100 por 1 café. Haha. No avisan que su terminal no funciona hasta que quieres pagar. No ofrecen ninguna solución a parte de ir al cajero.
El positivo es que La señora al lado ofrece muy buen pan y dulces.
Quality of coffee more less and they deceive their customers. They tell you it's 2 for 1 and then they charge you $ 100 for 1 coffee. Haha. They do not warn that their terminal does not work until you want to pay. They do not offer any solution other than going to the ATM.
The positive is that the lady next door offers very good bread and sweets.
