Una amiga se inscribió a una carrera con clases en línea, ahora la obligan a que sean presenciales y le avisan que su carrera por la cual pagó ya no existe y que debe cursar otra que a ella no le
Interesa, además que por sus “cláusulas” no le harán reembolso ni puede darse de baja en lo que se vuelve a formar el grupo para la carrera por la que pagó!! Pésimo servicio y nada recomendable. No pierdan su dinero, además leo que discriminan a personas con discapacidad. PÉSIMA ESCUELA!

Terrible service and not recommended. Do not waste your money, I also read that they discriminate against people with disabilities. AWFUL SCHOOL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pésima escuela yo me apunté a principios de pandemia y me dijeron que iba a ser en línea y cuando pudiéramos ir a presencial me repondrían las clases de práctica ya que se habían pagado los insumos en la colegiatura y cuando es presencial me dijeron que no se podía ya que mis clases de recuperación se cruzaban con las clases actuales y que yo tenía que decidir cual tomar y tampoco podía después de mi periodo escolar porque sería egresado y tenía que estar como alumno activo al final no se me iban a reponer las clases y no me podrían dar mis insumos que ya había pagado y menos me podían reembolsar mi dinero.
Otra cosa por la que me inscribí ahí fue por el horario que era bastante flexible y el cual tampoco respetaron.
Además de que algunos chefs no están capacitados y no tienen autoridad para estar al mando de un grupo ya que no controlan a sus alumnos
It is a terrible school, I signed up at the beginning of the pandemic and they told me that it would be online and when we could go to face-to-face they would make up the practice classes since the supplies had been paid in the tuition and when it is in person they told me no it was possible since my remedial classes intersected with the current classes and I had to decide which one to take and neither could I after my school term because I would be a graduate and I had to be an active student at the end the classes were not going to be made up and they could not give me my supplies that I had already paid for and even less could they reimburse me for my money.
Another thing for which I signed up there was because of the schedule that was quite flexible and which they did not respect either.
In addition, some chefs are not trained and do not have the authority to be in command of a group since they do not control their students

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que no es la primera opinión negativa de esta escuela gastronómica, la cual parece que quiere seguir al pie de la letra el estereotipo del chef instructor pedante, arrogante y con poca actitud para enseñar. Una de sus chefs en una clase única de cheesecake, no siguió la receta que ellos mismos proporcionan, y al cuestionársele esto, tomó de inmediato una actitud inmadura y grosera solo por mencionarle que faltaban unos gramos de mantequilla como lo indica la receta.
Ante la inconformidad y la pésima actitud de esta chef, quien lanzaba indirectas como si estuviera en la secundaria la señora, se optó por abandonar la clase y pedir un reembolso, el cual fue negado. Si quieren aprender gastronomía, mejor busquen otras opciones, que ya hay varias quejas y reseñas negativas con esta escuela la cual NO RECOMIENDO.
I think this is not the first negative opinion of this gastronomic school, which seems to want to follow the stereotype of the pedantic, arrogant chef instructor with little attitude to teach. One of their chefs in a one-of-a-kind cheesecake class did not follow the recipe they themselves provided, and when questioned, immediately took an immature and rude attitude just for mentioning that there was a few grams of butter missing as per the recipe.
Given the disagreement and terrible attitude of this chef, who threw hints as if the lady were in high school, they decided to leave the class and request a refund, which was denied. If you want to learn gastronomy, better look for other options, there are already several complaints and negative reviews with this school which I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son de tamaño regular pero la calidad de sus clases me gustó mucho. Estoy en el diplomado de artes dulces. Es de 8 sesiones y buscan no solo que "hagas recetas" sino que aprendas las técnicas de trabajo para poder hacer los cambios o ajustes que decidas. Te dan tips de preparación y te ayudan a disciplinarte, ya que tú lavas los trates y las mesas. He disfrutado mucho esta experiencia y recomiendo está Escuela.
The facilities are average in size but I really liked the quality of their classes. I am in the diploma of sweet arts. It is 8 sessions and they seek not only that you "make recipes" but also that you learn the work techniques to be able to make the changes or adjustments that you decide. They give you preparation tips and help you discipline yourself, since you wash the treats and the tables. I have really enjoyed this experience and I recommend this School.
