Un delmonico Prime de $900 debería ser de una calidad excelente y preparado meticulosamente, para nada esperaba el trozo de carne dura y mal preparada que me llevaron a la mesa.
 The escamoles starter and the accompaniments were excellent. Unfortunately the meat is far from being of good quality. A $ 900 delmonico Prime should be of excellent quality and meticulously prepared, I was not expecting the tough, poorly prepared piece of meat that was brought to my table at all.

I recommend the packages, they are cheap and have a little of everything. You must wear casual clothes, no pants. Very good cuts.
