★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente las casas muestran el paso del tiempo y hay muchas en malas condiciones, ojalá los pagos que se hacen por mantenimiento sirvan para tener un buen alumbrado y mejorar el servicio de retiro de basura, aunque la gente que vive ahí ni siquiera la puede dejar dentro del contenedor y da una muy mala imagen.
Unfortunately the houses show the passage of time and there are many in poor condition, hopefully the payments made for maintenance will serve to have good lighting and improve the garbage removal service, although the people who live there can not even leave it inside of the container and gives a very bad image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es tranquilo y hay partes bien cuidadas. Otras no tanto.
De pronto hay mucha basura tirada en las avenidas.
El agua del lugar pareciera muy sucia, tiene olor a huevo.
Las avenidas para accesar al fraccionamiento son pequeñas y poco pavimentadas, pareciera zona federal en vez de calles de una colonia normal.
The subdivision is quiet and there are well-kept parts. Others not so much.
Suddenly there is a lot of garbage thrown in the avenues.
The water in the place seems very dirty, it smells like eggs.
The avenues to access the subdivision are small and poorly paved, it seems like a federal zone instead of streets of a normal neighborhood.
