B	BRYAN MAGAÑA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi recomendacion, No contraten, la genente ALEJANDRA hace acuerdos que jamas cumple, se solicito un cambio de domicialización con 7 dias de anticipación al cobro y no pudieron hacerlo indicando que apenas se habian dado cuenta. Al tratar de cancelar por su pesimo servicio resulta que te quieren regresar solo una parte de lo que te han cobrado y esto es en mi segunda mensualidad. Realmente deficiente el servicio, por si fuera poco el departamente de atencion a clientes envio informacion privilegiada de otro cliente a mi correo, piensen bien donde iran a quedar sus datos personales.... nefasto lo peor que me ha pasado!!!!!! My recommendation, Do not contract, the people ALEJANDRA makes agreements that they never comply with, a change of authorization was requested 7 days prior to collection and they could not do so indicating that they had barely noticed. Pusieron mal el estado civil del difunto, no se responsabilizar de su error, no devolvían las llamadas, debido a eso la viuda perdió el seguro y tardamos 5 meses en darle solución. El crematorio asqueroso, con insectos muertos. Cobraron pero no lo embalsamaron. Terrible service. They misplaced the marital status of the deceased, they did not take responsibility for their error, they did not return the calls, because of that the widow lost the insurance and it took us 5 months to solve it. The disgusting crematorium, with dead insects. They charged but did not embalm it.
a	alejandro tuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un lugar muy calido, la atencion siempre me ha parecido de primera, desafortunadamente hay veces en las que la gente no queda satisfecha porque adquieren lo mas basico, yo tengo la experiencia de un familiar que adquirio lo mas barato queriendo que le dieran el servicio mas exclusivo, no entiendo esa logica, solo les recomiendo, cuando adquieran algo con la empresa, adquieran lo que es mejor para ustedes, no solo se fijen en lo economico.

Tuve un accidente e iba con andadera y para poder acceder a las salas no había rampa disponible para discapacitados pues la única que hay estaba ocupada por una carroza fúnebre. A nadie del personal pareció importarle que no pudiera acceder d manera cómoda. En cuanto al servicio, pésimo en lo referente al trámite del acta de defunción, pagamos un buena cantidad para quitarnos ese pendiente y lo que recibimos fue un acta con errores, situación de la que se deslindaron y no ofrecieron un solución. Tuvimos que hacer el cambio por nuestra cuenta, teniendo que pagar más por su error. No lo recomiendo. Very small parking lot. None of the staff seemed to care that I couldn't access it comfortably. As for the service, terrible in relation to the processing of the death certificate, we paid a good amount to remove that earring and what we received was a certificate with errors, a situation from which they disassociated themselves and did not offer a solution. We had to make the change on our own, having to pay more for his mistake. I do not recommend it.

It’s the people working in sales trying to sell you more things and take advantage of your difficult moment. They lied about the package we had purchased ahead of time and gave us less than what was in our contract. Something that should not be stressful at a time like this. The men who do all the work (pick up, drop off, move) were kind and understanding, they should be getting what the lazy sales people get payed, they’re the ones carrying the team. This company should be bought out by more responsible and caring owners. They should be ashamed of themselves.
