After more than a month they haven't given me my bill. Makeup service body preparation very neglected and there were some doors under repair that look horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que hay un contrato de perpetuidad al pagar servicios funerarios y en el terreno de sus panteones , pero no respetan nada, siempre te salen con que hay cargos adicionales, una pequeña y módica cantidad de 8000 pesitos nada más
There is supposed to be a perpetuity contract when paying funeral services and on the land of their cemeteries, but they do not respect anything, they always tell you that there are additional charges, a small and reasonable amount of 8000 pesos nothing more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis padres compraron su paquete de Servicio funerario comprensivo y las fosas en Jardines del parque en los 80s, (todo estaba incluido y detallado por escrito). En 2021, Gayosso nos volvieron a cobrar lo que ya se habia descrito y pagado en contrato. Es ridiculo y un robo a personas que tienen la pena de duelo. Aparte que tuve que retocar a mi madre porque el servicio de maquillaje estuvo pesimo. No son ETICOS!
My parents bought their Comprehensive Funeral Service package and graves at Jardines del Parque in the 80s, (everything was included and detailed in writing). In 2021, Gayosso charged us again what had already been described and paid in the contract. It is ridiculous and a robbery to people who have the penalty of mourning. Apart from that I had to retouch my mother because the makeup service was terrible. They are NOT ETHICAL!
