Cuando mi Papá compró el paquete con cuatro cremaciones el asesor-vendedor en turno le dijo que incluiría medico legista, embalsamiento, servicio religioso en una de sus capillas y servicio de café. Años después mi mamá y yo lo acompañamos para corroborar en una de sus agencias que todo estuviera en orden, pero resulta que el asesor en turno mencionó que el médico legista, embalsamiento, servicio religioso y servicio de café NO ESTABAN INCLUIDOS y que se cobrarían adicionales a lo ya pagado ( de $12,000.00 a $22,000.00 adicionales por cremación) ¿Ustedes creen que esto es justo? En realidad es una deshonestidad y falta de ética de parte de ustedes GAYOSSO con tal de enganchar a un cliente. Debido a lo anterior mi familia y yo mejor decidimos dejar perder este paquete y solicitar los servicios funerarios en el IMSS que cobran, por cremación: $10,000.00 sin sorpresas ni gastos adicionales.

Years later, my mother and I accompanied him to verify in one of his agencies that everything was in order, but it turns out that the consultant on duty mentioned that the medical examiner, embalming, religious service and coffee service WERE NOT INCLUDED and that additional charges would be charged. to what has already been paid (from $ 12,000.00 to $ 22,000.00 additional per cremation). Do you think this is fair? Actually it is dishonesty and unethical on the part of you GAYOSSO in order to hook a client. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibimos buena atención de todo el personal, desde que llamamos para ir a recoger a mi familiar hasta que nos entregaron las cenizas. Los sillones están un poco desgastados pero la sala fue adecuada. Solamente nos cobraron adicional lo que ya nos había indicado el agente cuando contraté el plan de previsión.
We received good attention from all the staff, from the time we called to pick up my family member until the ashes were delivered to us. The chairs are a bit worn but the room was adequate. They only charged us additionally what the agent had already indicated to us when I contracted the pension plan.
