★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace tres años contrate un paquete de nicho grande, me pidieron elegir la ubicación del mismo, lo seleccione el cual se encontraba ubicado en una zona completamente construida y en uso, hoy al querer disponer del nicho el cual ya esta completamente pagado por la contratante, me informan que el que me asignaron ellos arbitrariamente y sin informarme, aun está en construcción y que si me urge me prestan un espacio y posteriormente se hace la reubicación de las cenizas, considero una falta de seriedad e incumplimiento a lo contratado. Cuando aun no eres cliente recibes atención y trato totalmente diferente con la intensión de que contrates con ellos, cuando ya eres cliente les da lo mismo atenderte o no. Totalmente decepcionada de su servicio.

Totally disappointed in your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable el servicio que manejan. No respetan lo estipulado en los paquetes que se compran con años de antelación.
El contrato dice 6 horas de servicio de café y únicamente sirvieron 4 horas.
Tardaron más de 3 horas desde que se notificó el fallecimiento del ser querido en ir por el cuerpo y más de 8 horas en subirlo y más de 10 horas en llevar la foto y eso fue hasta que tuvimos que levantar la voz y exigir lo que se había pagado, que como es de suponer, no es barato.
No recomiendo que compren paquetes de defunción con anticipación y menos al momento de la muerte de su ser querido. Vayan con otra funeraria, Gayosso es una vergüenza.
The service they handle is unfortunate. They do not respect what is stipulated in the packages that are purchased years in advance.
The contract says 6 hours of coffee service and they only served 4 hours.
It took more than 3 hours since the death of the loved one was notified to go for the body and more than 8 hours to upload it and more than 10 hours to take the photo and that was until we had to raise our voice and demand what was had paid, which as expected, is not cheap.
I do not recommend that you purchase death packages in advance, especially at the time of your loved one's death. Go with another funeral home, Gayosso is a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten, recibimos un pésimo servicio. Tardaron en recoger el cuerpo 8 hrs por que se estaban peleando por la comisión. Enviaron una factura a nombre de otra persona. Estoy muy arrepentida de haber contratado ahí. Nos hicieron pasar angustia apesar de estar pagado al 100% el servicio.Estoy segura que cualquier otro es mejor.
Do not hire, we received a lousy service. They took 8 hours to collect the body because they were fighting over the commission. They sent an invoice in someone else's name. I am very sorry I hired there. They made us go through anguish despite being 100% paid for the service. I'm sure any other is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A partir de las 11.50 pm hacen demasiado ruido y se escucha hasta las salas donde estamos "velando" a nuestro recién fallecido en otra ubicación, que ha de ser del otro edificio que está aquí igual en sullivan, comente eso, que no especifican cual es el edificio de oficinas y cual donde se está con el fallecido, no avisan con anticipación los cobros, de ahí en fuera todo bien y buen servicio. Que si, que que hay mucho por mejorar, pues si, pero bueno. Y buena atención.
Donde se ven las fotos es donde se oye el ruido y donde las salas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en el mes de diciembre solicitamos un servicio a las 3:30 de la mañana la persona que atendía muy despota informó que teníamos la cita a las 13:30 horas en sus instalaciones para programar el servicio y recoger el cuerpo . Desafortunadamente el 27 de este mes tuvimos que ocupar otro y fue la misma experiencia solo que esta vez sacaron el cuerpo sin avisar y lo trasladaron a la sucursal de Colima porque en Sullivan no tenían personal para preparar el cuerpo solo nos dimos cuenta porque ya habían pasado dos horas después del horario que nos habían dado para comenzar el servicio en verdad los costos son elevados para la calidad de sus servicios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son excelentes muy limpio el lugar, el estacionamiento no es costoso y si muy seguro. lo que sí aconsejaría es que tuvieran más cuidado en la indicación sobre las salas asignadas para la velación ya que el personal que entrega flores o fotos constantemente se equivoca llevandolos a otras salas!..y luego regresa diciendo! Perdón no es aquí!!
El personal asignado de Cafe Punta del Cielo extremadamente amable, atento y Cortés.
En relacion con el costo, mi familiar ya habia pagado el servicio en plan a futuro, pero escuche comentar que la adminidtracion Gayosso pretendia cobrar $35,000 pesos más, un sobrino abogado les ayudo aclarando los terminos y condiciones del contrato y se soluciono sin más gasto.
Al final el personal a traves de una perdona dirige unas bellas palabras de aliento a los dolientes recitando un hermoso pensamiento
