Me vendieron nicho con servicios, etc. Pagué y llevo un año tratando de que me den mi título de propiedad, he hablado mas de 15 veces y siempre me dicen que lo revisan y me regresaran la llamada, y nunca me han devuelto la llamada, entre ellas esta Silvia Muñoz, Dulce Méndez, y Cinthia. Una falta de profesionalismo increíble.
Se los comparto para que no les pase lo mismo.

Desastre de atención y no pude agregar un beneficiario al contrato que tengo con ellos. Lo más rescatable es el guardia del estacionamiento que se mostró amable, de ahí en fuera todo el personal muy mal servicio. Disculpen a todos ellos nada más les hice perder su tiempo. Una obvia recomendación no compre con ellos nada.

Le pido a la señorita que me llama que por favor me borre de su lista y me dice que lo va a hacer… aunque en verdad no lo puede hacer pero les piden que le digan eso a los que se molestan. En resumen: Gayosso- no le contestan a sus clientes y no dejan de molestar a sus prospectos.
I am fed up with them calling me every Saturday to offer their services. I ask the lady who calls me to please delete me from her list and she tells me that she is going to do it ... although she really can't do it but they ask them to say that to those who bother. Bottom line: Gayosso- they don't answer their customers and they don't stop bothering their prospects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solicité una refacturación la señorita de la recepción, rotundamente dijo que ellos no re-facturan, a lo cual le comenté que es obligación del establecimiento la re-factura, mandó llamar a la persona encargada del servicio al cliente, nos trato peor super molesta y hasta nos regaño que porque íbamos en viernes y a esas horas para pedir la refacturación cuando en un principio nos dio la negativa y nos recalco rotundamente que ella no se comprometía a darnos la nueva factura con los datos correctos. Cuando por ley están obligados a atenderme y entregarme lo que les solicité, no sé si tengan un mal sistema de facturación (no es mi culpa) porque de atención están por los suelos.
Es un verdadero tormento, principalmente porque no son empáticos con el dolor a sus semejantes, aunado que tenemos que seguir con trámites legales, son una pesadilla, no lo recomiendo.
