The bed sheets were not clean, the mattress had a hole, the walls were dirty. When we asked if we can change the room it was not possible and as we asked for new bed sheets the new ones were still drying so we had to wait after midnight to find out that the new bed sheets had also spots. One star just because the bathrooms and kitchen seemed to be cleaned frequently.

Did not enjoy our stay at all. You get what you pay for and that is a very poor quality stay. The room was full of mosquitos and the walls were extremely dirty from where people had killed them. We both woke up in the morning absolutely covered in bites. The room was stuffy and very very small. There was a gap between the ceiling and the top of the wall meaning we heard absolutely everything all night long. People in this place clearly did not possess one ounce of respect as they were slamming doors and yelling up and down the corridor during quiet hours which were not enforced by staff. Someone was even banging on the front door at about 2am in the morning which seemed to wake quite a few people up and no member of staff was around to let them in. Clearly the front reception desk is not staffed 24 hours as they claim. The bedding was also filthy, covered in stains and hairs. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the cheap rooms if you expect some level of comfort and expect to actually be able to sleep at night. Will not be staying here again.

BED BUGS. We checked in to the room and noticed there was a splash of blood on the wall - did not think any of it until we found our little friend on the wall. We notified the staff and we switched rooms. Then we found a dead bed bug in the new room. We decided to leave and stay in another place. We asked for a refund, and they said we couldn't because we booked it through expedia. Do not stay here, if you don't want another travel buddy with you.

Made a booking online. When I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled as I had not arrived by the check in time of 1800. They did not try to call or message me to confirm if I was coming, despite having my contact details. The staff were completely unapologetic and didn't help me find alternative accommodation.

I stayed for 11 nights around Christmas 2021, in Room 14. I was satisfied with the services. Staff were kind and helpful. Price wise, it is very, really very affordable, and close to different services. The fridge was a bit noisy. Room 14 where I stayed is facing the main street. It can be noisy (which I found normal). There was a construction next to the hotel. This might be the cause a bit a bit of layer of dust that I found everyday, despite the fact that the room was cleaned every single day. All in all, I am satisfied and if I go back to Valla, I consider of staying in this place again.

Good place to stay for a night or two. Noisy and there are a lot of people moving at every time... Clean & large shower. Little kitchen very useful. A fan in the room. Good location in town, 15min walk to the bus station.

Good place to stay quick with a cheaper price. It was easy to get to many other places in the town. It was however a shock for me and my husband to see that each room was not all the way intact, but there was some space in between in the upper wall which was blocked with a screen-which meant that it was all open to outside area of the building since the public areas did not have roof. But we thought it is covid-friendly haha. It was not the best that we were staying in a room right next to the public area so when people came to cook early in the morning around 6 am, I couldn't sleep.. However, it was good experience, and good for one night for us. Shower and bathroom were clean and good. It wasn't too hot even if there was no AC in each room, since it was connected to the outside in a way and the little fan in the room was good enough for the small room. We stayed in the small basic room that only had a queen bed. Tiny but that was why it was cheap. I do wish they change their bed because there was a broken side so we had to squeeze into one side to avoid that area.. Bed was spring bed and not comfortable. I do wish it were little cheaper knowing all these things, but we just had to deal with it. It was still not a bad experience staying there.
