★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El velocidad del internet esta excelente, una velocidad que en la zona nadie mas te proporciona, simétrica, y la respuesta es rápida, sin embargo la atención al cliente pésima, nos dejaron un modem súper sucio, y un revoltijo de cables mal hecho en lugar de hacer una instalación profesional, ademas no nos proporcionaron la contraseña de wifi y para que te la den te cobran la atención a clientes, lo cual se me hace mal, porque el modem no tiene una etiqueta con la contraseña, solo dieron un papel mal escrito,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio cero recomendable ,tengo más de un mes con mi contrato y no me han podido instalar el servicio me dan puras vueltas ,alguien que me ayude a cómo cancelar el contrato ya que hablo y no me dan razón y mando correo y no me contestan ,no me imagino si así tardan para instalar cómo será su servicio.

Por medio de su página siempre te aparece un cobro mayor al que en realidad es, ya en una ocasión me cobraron 2 mensualidades gracias al error que aun sigue en su página y que siguen sin solucionar, los estados de cuenta tienes que llamar para que te lo manden ya que la página siempre marca error al intentar descargarlo.
El proceso que realizan para hacer el cobro recurrente de servicio, al menos en mi experienia no ha sido nada bueno, una vez que había enviado la documentación, me comentaron que el siguiente mes se haría el cargo automático y sin embargo tuve que llamar nuevamente para que me dijeran que la dimiciliación del cobro no la había realizado. Mucha perdida de tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para casa esta bien aunque de repente se a lenta y hay que hablarles para que vengan a checar y el de trabajo tiene que ser el que ellos te ofrecen no dejan tener el paquete mas barato tiene que ser afuerzas de negocio. Pero aún así la cuestión técnica si atienden rapido
