★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, me registré hace tiempo y llené el formulario con los datos que pedían, subí mis datos, mi foto y otros documentos sensibles, y resulta que en varias semanas no han podido validar mi información.
Me he puesto en contacto varias veces y me cortan, igual por el chat, los correos que envío los ignoran, al principio me decían "en 24 horas queda resuelto el problema" y ahora ya ni eso.
No son nada serios, si ni para atraer clientes dan buen servicio ya me imagino a la hora de hacer operaciones en su plataforma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenia muy buenas referencias de GBM y para ser sincero se ve como una plataforma muy buena, ademas que te dan muchísima información, pero no he podido aun invertir con ellos porque ha sido un vía crucis para mi. Primero para que me aceptaran los documentos fue una tortura, se tardan en responder las dudas, no han podido verificar mi cuenta y nunca me dijeron porque, el seguimiento a los clientes en pésimo, entre otras cosas. Si me gustaría invertir mi dinero aquí pero deben mejorar mucho el servicio al cliente. BTW ya las grandes empresas no cobrar comisión para vender o comprar acciones o ETFs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abrí mi cuenta en cuestión de minutos, mi cuenta bancaria en un día quedó lista. Está muy sencilla de usar. El único fallo que le veo a veces son es sus gráficas pero nada que no se arregle viéndo en otro lado las gráficas, pero para seguridad de tu dinero es de las mejores opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO!, a cada rato tienen errores en la plataforma que incluyen cierres repentinos de la sesión, problemas para acceder, retrasos en la ejecución de las ordenes o simplemente no entran, a veces los precios en los monitores se quedan congelados y no se actualizan, etc. Todo el día de hoy los precios estuvieron retrasados con la información de sus monitores y los valores reales por lo que si haces daytrading OLVÍDALO, ya que compras al precio del monitor y te asignan a precios distintos, pierdes dinero y sólo te dicen “estamos teniendo algunas intermitencias”.
WARNING! Seguimos con el pésimo servicio de atención a cliente, es importante dado el área de inversiones bursátiles , ojo que no cumplen al 100% con las estipulaciones de la Ley del Mercado de Valores.
