★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insoportable!! Más de 15 llamadas y grabaciones al día de este despacho para cobrarme una deuda que ni es mia!! Les he pedido más de mil veces que den de baja mi teléfono y no dan solución, no puede atenderte nadie con nivel porq siempre están en junta o no fueron a trabajar. Ya metí denuncia a la Condusef. Quiero solución!! Quiero que dejen de llamarme!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lugar de resolver solo crean más conflictos y agreden al las personas todo el tiempo. Yo ya pague a el banco en tiempo y forma y se deslindan de responsabilidades. Concepción Altamirano se puso a gritarme que yo iba a estar en buro de crédito aun cuando ya pague. Hasta les mande capturas de pantalla y ni así.
Instead of solving they just create more conflicts and attack people all the time. I already paid the bank in a timely manner and they are disclaimed. Concepción Altamirano started yelling at me that I was going to be in the credit bureau even when I already paid. I even sent them screenshots and not even like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el peor servicio, uno tiene toda la disposición de pagar sin embargo no entienden que hasta por pandemia y cuestiones de trabajo es mas fácil realizar transferencia que acudir a un banco. Lamentablemente ellos son los que no quisieron terminar el trámite, la gente que trabaja para ellos son muy mal educados y tienen la peor actitud de servicio al cliente. La peor experiencia

Unfortunately, they are the ones who did not want to finish the process, the people who work for them are very rude and have the worst customer service attitude. Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su modelo operativo es arcaico, ineficiente, hostigante e irrespetuoso. DIariamente llaman a mi negocio buscando a gente que no tiene relación alguna con la empresa. Cuando logras comunicarte con quien supuestamente podrá apoyarte, sólo recibes trato irrespetuoso e irónico. El hostigamiento a terceros es de hecho, un atropello al más fundamental derecho a la privacidad.
Their operating model is archaic, inefficient, harassing, and disrespectful. They call my business on a daily basis looking for people who have no relationship with the company. When you manage to communicate with someone who is supposed to be able to support you, you only receive disrespectful and ironic treatment. Harassment of third parties is, in fact, a violation of the most fundamental right to privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa llaman infinitamente para buscar a personas desconocidas, aunque te pasen con un asesor no logras nada, sumamente molesto. Llaman de distintos números y aunque boquees y denuncies no logras nada. Tampoco con las opiniones negativas publicadas, no les interesa.
Terrible company they call infinitely to look for strangers, even if they pass you to an advisor, you do not achieve anything, extremely annoying. They call from different numbers and even if you gasp and report, you don't achieve anything. Neither with the negative opinions posted, they are not interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque uno les demuestre que el número al que llaman no es el de la persona que buscan, siguen llamando. Y creen que si llaman en fin de semana a primera hora las cosas serán diferentes. Son una monserga.
