R	Reina Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy tan decepcionada de el servicio y trabajo. Fotos pre evento todas oscuras, y allí traté de cancelar y ya no pude. Que arrepentida de no aver cancelado. Me prometieron entregarme fotos editadas y que quedaría completamente satisfecha. Totalmente lo opuesto. El trabajo que me recomendaron y me gusto fue por la fotógrafa esposa de el seńor, ella nunca fue pre evento o día de el evento, y yo pedí que fuera ella. Fotos de evento, borrosas, oscuras, y sin dirección alguna de pose en familia o individual. Párese como si nomas era de apachurrar un botón como salieran. Si te acomodare bueno y si no ya te fregaste. Entregue fotos para video y quedaron de editarlas ellos y nada así como las mande las incluyeron en el video (screenshots de mi cel), Aun mas! Pero ni para que mencionar solo se que de 5 estrellas reciben 1 o media estrella, nada que ver con lo que esperaba. No agan el mismo error que yo. DJ se dice de ambiente, ? yo no comí por bajar las cansiones que se ocupaban para el Vals. Cuando con tiempo ellos tenían que estar listos. Nombres de los Chambelanes y damas todos mal los digo el dj. Ahora no tengo foto para mostrar en grande que me guste! Tendré que tomar nuevas fotos con nuevo fotógrafo. ? El Video Hmm esta bien pero no perfecto sale. Unos árboles por un minuto tomadas por el dron, como para que queremos ver árboles, las personas paresen hormigas, yo quiero a ver las cara de la gente no puntitos. Lo que si recibe crédito fue la pista de baile y luces me encantó. I am so disappointed in the service and work. Pre-event photos all dark, and there I tried to cancel and I couldn't. How sorry I was not canceled. They promised to give me edited photos and that I would be completely satisfied. Quite the opposite. The job that I was recommended and liked was by the photographer's wife, she was never pre-event or the day of the event, and I asked her to be. Photos of event, blurry, dark, and without any direction of family or individual pose. Stand as if you were just smashing a button as they came out. I delivered photos for video and they were left to edit them and nothing like I sent them they included them in the video (screenshots from my cell), even more!
