I took a 2012 jetta to carry out a general transmission repair in August 2021, it was repaired and left with a fault, it was taken to warranty around 8 times and it never turned out well, the attention is very good, however my problem could never be solved, it kept happening to me warranty, but I got tired of going so many times to claim the same thing, it makes me more sad, I chose to go to another workshop, I logically spent again, but the problem has been solved to date. I feel like the problem was always a misdiagnosed fault.

Terrible service, he spent 4 months with my car repairing it and he never left it right, I changed original parts for others of lower quality that were not compatible with my car. *** And in response to your comment, I ask you to respectfully express my opinion about the service I received from you, if I returned it to your workshop for so long it was because of the guarantee that I had your work, the payment was made otherwise I doubt that you would have delivered it, and about the parts I understand, but I also understand the lack of quality in the work, my car has already been repaired and I took it to another workshop, I appreciate it.
