Te super arruinan el cabello al decolorartelo, no saben hacer técnicas sofisticadas y los productos que usan no saben aplicarlos por lo que andarás manchando tu almohada y camisas todo el tiempo. Además si no vuelves la dueña se enoja contigo y te inventa cosas en redes para quemarte. NO vayan con ellos, hay mejores opciones. Be very careful with this place and the owner. They super ruin your hair by bleaching it, they don't know how to do sophisticated techniques and the products they use don't know how to apply them, so you'll be staining your pillow and shirts all the time. Also, if you don't come back, the owner gets mad at you and makes up things for you online to burn you. DO NOT go with them, there are better options.

Fui antes dos veces y me había ido bien pero esta vez además de que una de las chicas fue muy grosera con mi amiga por un error de organización de ellos, mi corte quedó horrible, no tiene forma y no se ve nada profesional, estoy demasiado triste porque lo quería corto pero con un corte chido, pero ahora está corto y sin forma. Ahora estoy usando gorros hasta que crezca o me lo pueda arreglar. Me arrepiento demasiado de haber gastado mi dinero de esa manera y que además me dejara mal emocionalmente. En mis últimas visitas había tenido problemas con los tintes que me aplicaban ya que no quedaban de manera uniforme, pero por el buen servicio decidí darles otra oportunidad. Pero mi última visita fue fatal, cambiaron todo el personal (se ven principiantes) y el problema no es ese, sino que cobran precio de un experto pero con calidad de estética de centro que están practicando cortes. En cuanto tintes no había tenido problemas pero las últimas veces un resultado súper chafa, a pesar que iba retocarme parecía que no lo hacía por el mal resultado la raíz de un tono y el resto de otro. Han perdido un cliente que fue por 3 años, pero no creo que eso les importe con el trato de a pesar de equivocarse hacerse de la vista gorda, y encima cobrarte con mal resultado. In my last visits I had had problems with the dyes that were applied to me since they were not uniform, but because of the good service I decided to give them another chance. But my last visit was fatal, they changed all the staff (you see beginners) and the problem is not that, but that they charge the price of an expert but with the quality of center aesthetics that they are practicing cuts. As for dyes, I hadn't had any problems, but the last few times I had a super crappy result, even though I was going to touch up, it seemed that I didn't do it because of the bad result, the root of one tone and the rest of another. They have lost a client who was for 3 years, but I don't think that matters to them with the treatment of despite being wrong to turn a blind eye, and on top of charging you with bad results.

No sé si la chica que me atendió era novata o que onda porque estaba pregunté y pregunté cosas que un estilista debe de saber. Tuve que ir al dermatólogo y me dijo que fue quemadura de 1er grado. Mi cabello es virgen y decolora a la primeray nisiquiera me dejaron el color que pedí. Fui a otro lugar y a la primera me dejaron el color deseado. Pésimo lugar. I do not recommend this place. No importa que hayas hecho cita, siempre te tienen esperando un rato porque van atrasadas con los servicios (una vez me dijeron que tardarían una hora en atenderme y que si quería hacer cita para otro día) Siempre me cortó el cabello una persona diferente, y siempre hicieron lo que quisieron, me degrafilaban aunque no lo pidiera, me dejaban la caía de cabello hacia donde querían y jamás me preguntaron si así me gustaba, de verdad quise darle una oportunidad a las nuevas personas pero ya es imposible, no me gusta cómo me dejan el cabello. No sé qué esté pasando, pero necesitan atender las quejas de los clientes o se van a quedar sin trabajo.
