No saben nada de computadoras no me ayudaron en solucionar nada. Si tienes un problema con tu telefono problablemente si lo solucionen pero computadoras y laptop son pesimos. Busca otro lado

Hace unos dias fui a que me cambiaran el cristal de las cámaras de mi celular, cuando fui a recogerlo no me gusto que todo el cristal alrededor tenia mucho pegamento un trabajo nada profesional, y cuando le comente a la persona que me lo entrego el me dio una toallita y me dijo que con cuidado le limpiara esos excesos de pegamento pero con cuidado por que podía deshacer el pegamento, no se si se hubiera levantado el cristal hubiera sido culpa mía o de los técnicos, mi experiencia no fue la mejor, yo creo que aun pueden mejorar esos detalles.

Me hicieron un diagnóstico y reparación de un Nintendo Switch en diciembre, al día siguiente de entrega volvió a fallar, se los volví a llevar inmediatamente y tienen el equipo desde entonces sin que lo hayan reparado (diciembre 2020-febrero 2021), la semana pasada (de febrero 22 de 2021) me han comentado que ya no enciende y que la solución que me dan es venderme otro que sí funciona. Todo este tiempo dicen que van a hablar y no me llaman, doy seguimiento pero finalmente nunca me resuelven nada. Fui a la sucursal y me lo enseñaron, comprobé que era mi dispositivo y que efectivamente no encendía, además de notar que la carcasa presentaba quemaduras (visiblemente estaba doblada en la parte de abajo), la consola estaba con daños que no tenía cuando se las entregué ya que sí encendía y las condiciones físicas de la misma estaban en perfecto estado. También quiero agregar que en todas mis interacciones que he tenido desde que lo volví a llevar los técnicos han dicho "te estamos haciendo un favor" en repetidas ocasiones, cosa que en esencia simplemente no es cierto porque estoy pagando por un servicio. Por esto les pedí que me entreguen el dispositivo en las mismas condiciones que lo entregué, con la misma falla que tenía y que me devuelvan mi dinero, me han dicho que no me van poder regresar todo mi dinero, que me van terminar cobrando el diagnóstico que a todas luces ni siquiera hicieron bien y que se las vuelva a dejar. Les pedí hablar con el gerente y se negaron, que ellos se comunican con él, y es por eso que estoy escribiendo esta reseña, estoy muy molesto y necesito que el dueño o gerente se comunique conmigo para darme solución, ya que por lo que leo están atentos a estas reseñas. Yo soy muy cuidadoso con mis productos y cuento con la factura e información de los componentes del dispositivo, por lo que si no me pueden resolver esto, tendré que acudir a otra vía porque no es posible que me lo hayan descompuesto más de lo que ya estaba, que no me quieran reintegrar por completo lo que he pagado siendo que el diagnóstico que hicieron estaba equivocado, ese servicio (de diagnóstico) se paga para que técnicos de supuesta expertis lo revisen y den constancia de todo lo que está fallando, cosa que evidentemente no hicieron en mi caso. Espero su respuesta.

I asked them to speak to the manager and they refused, that they communicate with him, and that is why I am writing this review, I am very upset and I need the owner or manager to contact me to give me a solution, since from what I read they are attentive to these reviews. I am very careful with my products and I have the invoice and information on the components of the device, so if they cannot solve this for me, I will have to go to another route because it is not possible that they have broken it more than they already have. I was, that they do not want to fully refund what I have paid since the diagnosis they made was wrong, that service (diagnosis) is paid for technicians of supposed expertise to review it and give proof of everything that is failing, which they obviously didn't in my case. I am looking forward to your response.
