A	Abigail Jiron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this Hibachi please in Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites. The chefs talked to you and were fun. Make sure you get Arturo as your chef. He was the best.
C	Chelsea McDowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sat down, given a menu, then told that it was a set menu for the night. Why even give up menus, then? The waiter didnxt seem to hear anything we said. We would ask him a question and he would walk off, or answer with something totally unrelated. The chef had the rice in the shape of a chicken, and when she chopped off its head for theatrics, it rolled across the table onto another patron's placemat. She then picked it up and placed it on the grill. Horribly unsanitary. That's the point when we decided to walk out.

Waiter and cook totally disregarded me informing them that my husband has an anaphylaxis egg allergy. I also informed them that none of us ate eggs so no need to include it for any of our meals. Cook still brought eggs out and placed them on our table grill. We weren't there maybe 10 minutes total before I left and went to concierge to make a dinner reservation at another restaurant. Do not recommend.

Chef came out cut off the chicken shaped rice head got it on table and by guest and just put it back on grill and mixed with rest of food even if this wasn't a covid situation that would still highly highly unacceptable would not recommend

It was promptly grabbed and placed back on grill with other rice for us to eat. Waiter forgot daughters drink. I tried to get his attention multiple times, and he ignored me. Avoid at all costs!!
