No están dando una buena atención en estos tiempos de alta demanda.
Únicamente dan acceso a la tienda con cita pero no lo dice ni la página web ni la página de Facebook por lo que muchas personas se dan la vuelta en vano. Podrían mejorar la experiencia de compra ya que es es un producto caro.
The dolls and the shop are beautiful but the quality of the sales service is terrible.
They are not providing good care in these high demand times.
They only give access to the store by appointment but neither the website nor the Facebook page says so, so many people turn around in vain. They could improve the shopping experience since it is an expensive product.
