★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Fui a una aplicación de Gelish, y realmente fue la peor experiencia por la que eh pasado. Para empezar, no tenían el protocolo necesario por la contingencia, entre y solo se encontraba el tapete, no te colocan gel antibacterial, ni te hacen lavarte las manos (apesar de que trabajarán con ellas),
ellas tampoco lo hacen, no te toman temperatura, no tienen la higiene que se necesita. La chica que trabaja ahí se llama Mariana y solo llevaba 10 días ahí y ella fue la que me atendió, parecía que llevaba prisa porque todo me lo hacía rápido y sin cuidado. Me cortaron demás la cutícula y me abrieron con la lima, me sangraron varios dedos y se me infectaron e hincharon por su mal cuidado e higiene. Al ponerme sus productos me ardió muchísimo y ella seguía limando como si la estuvieran correteando.
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Hay lugares mucho mejores, con mayor higiene y calidad, sobre todo porque no es barato y uno paga la calidad del servicio, la cuál no te brindan.

They cut my cuticle too much and they opened me with the file, several fingers bled and they became infected and swollen due to their poor care and hygiene. When I put her products on, it burned me a lot and she kept filing as if they were chasing her.
I do not recommend it at all. There are much better places, with greater hygiene and quality, especially because it is not cheap and you pay for the quality of the service, which they do not provide.

My nails did not last at all, not even 2 weeks and I fell off 2. Expensive for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente las califique antes de ver el resultado de mis uñas, la aplicación y la calificación fue hace 1 año aproximadamente y la decoración de mis uñas así como el gel se cayeron en 3 días y solo me dijeron que fuera pero me las iban a volver a cobrar por que ya había pasado su garantía ? es un lugar al que no pensaría regresar.
Cambio mi calificación de 5 estrellas a 1 por el mal trabajo, el lugar muy bonito pero no tienen garantía de un buen trabajo ?♀️

I change my rating from 5 stars to 1 for the bad work, the place is very nice but they have no guarantee of a good work ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimos trabajos que me hicieron desde que celia y sergio no están, me pusieron pestañas “volumen” y a los 3 dias se me cayeron, aunque tuviera garantía no fui x esa garantía ya que sabía que me volverian a quedar mal por el mal trabajo echo por estefania, no volveria a ir en mi vida
Terrible work they did to me since celia and sergio are not here, they put "volume" eyelashes on me and after 3 days they fell off, even though I had a guarantee I didn't go for that guarantee because I knew they would make me look bad again because of the bad work done by Estefania, I would never go again in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día viernes me fui a realizar unas uñas (que porcierto quedaron muy bonitas), pero para el día martes (4 días después) se me despegaron 3 uñas, fui a que me arreglaran y sin problema me hicieron valida la garantía, pero al otro dia se me despegaron 2 más pensaba ir nuevamente pero sucede que no tengo tiempo de estar diario yendo a que me arreglen cada una, apesar de que hacen muy bonitos diseños no tienen buena calidad, que para mi punto de vista es lo más importante. Y de costo fueron 550 por aplicar acrilico en mis propias uñas (que es el que se boto y duele horrible)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda atención ya que estas en el lugar. Podrían mejorar sus llamadas de confirmación. Comprendieron a la primera lo que quería que me hicieran. Sus precios están competitivos para la zona. Estoy esperando que pase el tiempo para corroborar la calidad y duración del trabajo, van casi 3 semanas y ya está necesitando retoque, tal como me lo advirtieron.
Nice attention since you are in the place. They could improve their confirmation calls. They understood at first what I wanted them to do to me. Their prices are competitive for the area. I am waiting for time to pass to verify the quality and duration of the work, it has been almost 3 weeks and it is already in need of retouching, just as they warned me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, se me cayeron 3 uñas al siguiente dia de la aplicación. Salí de la ciudad y regrese 10 dias despues y no me quisieron hacer mi garantia. Ademas carisimooooo, en lemon beauty bar en insurgentes sur me salió mas barato y me duraron mas de 15 dias.
Terrible service, 3 nails fell out the next day after the application. I left the city and returned 10 days later and they did not want to make my guarantee. Also very expensive, in lemon beauty bar in insurgentes sur it was cheaper and they lasted more than 15 days.
