Entre a hacerme las uñas con la satisfacción de la primera experiencia que tuve, pero después de lo que me paso, JAMAS vuelvo a este lugar.
Debaten que el servicio al cliente es lo primordial, en cambio es lo que menos importa. Me queje con la supervisora acerca de una discusión entre empleadas. No me daba el tiempo de explicar la situación; en cambio se defendía y exclamaba como ella estaba lo que cree que es "bien". Al final, ni me escucho y se fue a platicar con una muchacha (muy agusto por cierto).
Las personas tienes que ser atendidas con respeto; igual es como uno le provee el respeto a los demas. Si usted quiere que lo atiendan bien, no le sugiero venir a este lugar.
Terrible service!
I went in to get my nails done with the satisfaction of the first experience I had, but after what happened to me, I NEVER go back to this place.
They argue that customer service is paramount, instead it is what matters the least. I complained to the supervisor about an argument between employees. I did not have time to explain the situation; instead she defended herself and exclaimed how she was what she thinks is "good". In the end, he didn't even listen to me and went to talk with a girl (very comfortable by the way).
People have to be treated with respect; the same is how one provides respect to others. If you want to be well cared for, I don't suggest you come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was my first time attending this place and for sure it was my last time attending. The receptionist and employees are so rude. My pedicure was the worst experience I have ever had it was pain full and the lady only did half the job. I for sure will not recommend this place ever!! I always say if you don't like what you do look for a job that really passionate you.
Ayer fue mi primer ves que asisti a este lugar y por seguro sera la ultima ves que vuelva. Fue la peor experencia que tuve con un pedicure, doloroso y ni siquiera satisfecha con el servicio.
Jamas recomendare este lugar.
