★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he tenido problema con ningún envío, te llaman cuando tienen un paquete a tu nombre y solo tienes que llevar el Número de Guía y tú INE (una copia)
Puedes mandarles mensaje por WhatsApp y no tardan mucho en contestar.
I have not had a problem with any shipment, they call you when they have a package in your name and you only have to bring the Guide Number and your INE (a copy)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son una sucursal oficial de FedEx, cobran por entregar los paquetes, tiene uno que adivinar que están ahí, se roban los paquetes, si no los recoges los abren y los marcan como entregados.
Recomiendo que se quejen con FedEx directamente para que ya no les permitan manejar paquetería de FedEx.
They are not an official FedEx branch, they charge to deliver the packages, you have to guess that they are there, the packages are stolen, if you don't pick them up they open them and mark them as delivered.
I recommend that you complain to FedEx directly so they are no longer allowed to handle FedEx parcels.

Las personas que atienden son muy amables y siempre entregan mis paquetes de buena manera.
Siempre llegan mis paquetes gracias a que tienen el gesto de llamarme.
Recomiendo el servicio y solo les aconsejo que lleven su copia de credencial y nunero de guía y ellos los atenderan con mucho gusto.
