★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato y educación de servicio al cliente. Me agendaron visita, a los 15 minutos me llama otra “ejecutiva” a atenderme visita. Le indico que ya tengo una visita asignada y me dice que en caso de que no lleguen, le pregunto que ¿como que por si no llegan? por que tienen muchas que salen mal “por la pandemia” me asignaría otra. Le pregunto qué de que se trata y cómo que “por si no llegan” que me confirmen porque es mi tiempo que designo a esa visita y se empieza a carcajear y a burlar. CAPACITEN EN ATENCIÓN al cliente a su personal! No se si se quieren quitar clientes entre ellos pero esta muy mal esa práctica y jamás deben burlarse ni reírse de los clientes!
Terrible customer service treatment and education. They scheduled a visit for me, after 15 minutes another "executive" called me to see me visit. I indicate that I already have an assigned visit and he tells me that in case they do not arrive, I ask him what if they do not arrive? because they have many that go wrong "due to the pandemic" I would assign another one. I ask him what it is about and how that "in case they do not arrive" that they confirm me because it is my time that I designate that visit and he begins to laugh and laugh. TRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don't know if they want to remove clients from each other, but this practice is very bad and they should never make fun of or laugh at clients!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Son un asco de empresa, me realizaron la renovación de mi plan y de mi equipo. Me cobraron un envío de $400, lo cual nunca me informaron que cobraban. Me citaron para entrega un día en específico y jamás se aparecieron. Me dejaron sin linea porque no me hicieron la entrega de mi chip nuevo y además según tienen "meses sin intereses" pero no es así y ni siquiera dan la cara para resolver el problema.
Terrible service. They are a disgusting company, they renewed my plan and my team. They charged me for a $ 400 shipping, which they never informed me they were charging. They summoned me for delivery on a specific day and they never showed up. They left me without a line because they did not give me my new chip and also according to they have "months without interest" but it is not like that and they do not even show their faces to solve the problem.
