Les comunico que en la pagina de internet aparece su numero de teléfono 210 1813. y este numero de teléfono esta registrado en TELMEX en una casa particular.
por lo que les solicito eliminen ese numero de internet o lo corrijan, porque están llamando muy seguido a esta casa y considero que están perdiendo alguno clientes.
de favor informen si les llego esta notificación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia al recibir las respuestas de lo que parece es la recepcion del lugar..(caseta de vigilancia) el responsable en turno con mala actitud, no me dijo su nombre y apenas pudo saludar con gran desgano.Si les interesa fue a las 9.15 am de este dia.
No me ayudó en nada solo me motivo a dejar esta mala referencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solicitas recolecciones y no las atienden, además en su contact center te dejan esperando; yo esperé casi una hora y además me colgaron el teléfono, llamas a su oficina central en Monterrey y tampoco nadie atiende.
Pongo una estrella porque no me permite dejarlas en blanco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La falta de seriedad en su servicio es pésima, se la pasan disculpándose por no realizar el servicio de recolección, es una lastima que por falta de control interno de la empresa, GEN, tendremos que buscar otro proveedor que si tome muy enserio su función ante un servicio para el sector industrial.
