★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí unos cerrojos nuevos pues me robaron unas llaves extra de mi casa, según tardan de 4 a 5 días días llegar desde que los pagas, ya los pagué ya paso ese tiempo y ni si quiera han llevado el producto a la paqueteria y mi casa sigue vulnerable a que vuelvan a robar, muy mala atención por parte del departamento correspondiente a este tipo de envíos me atendió ana martinez....
 I asked for some new locks because they stole some extra keys from my house, as it takes 4 to 5 days to arrive since you pay for them, I already paid for them and that time has passed and they have not even taken the product to the parcel and my house is still Vulnerable to being stolen again, very bad attention from the department corresponding to this type of shipments, ana martinez attended me ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio al cliente, una chapa me salio defectuosa, intente hacer la garantía valida y llevo mas de un mes comunicandome con ellos y no me resuelven nada, envio correos, llamo y no contestan, en general muy mal servicio recomiendo ver otras opciones antes que esta.
Very bad customer service, a plate was defective, I tried to make the warranty valid and I have been communicating with them for more than a month and they do not solve anything, I send emails, I call and they do not answer, in general very bad service I recommend seeing other options before is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una puerta de esta marca Gen Steel en Home Depot y todo bien. Luego hablé directamente con Gen Steel para que me apoyaran con la instalación. Terrible servicio, falta de atención, agendaron una visita a casa en domingo y nunca llegaron. No tuvieron ni la cortesía ni atención de llamar o avisar o al menos de disculparse.
Espero que la puerta no sea tan mala como su atención al cliente. Pésimo servicio.
I bought a door from this Gen Steel brand at Home Depot and everything is fine. I then spoke directly to Gen Steel for assistance with the installation. Terrible service, inattention, they scheduled a home visit for Sunday and never came. They had neither the courtesy nor the attention to call or advise or at least to apologize.
I hope the door is not as bad as your customer service. Terrible service.

I bought two doors at Home Depot, a sheet metal failed, it took two months to wait for it to be repaired without success. Terrible customer service.

Puertas de seguridad que nomas puedes conseguir refacciones mediante un proceso burocratico.
No recomiendo que compren esta marca por que si necesitan algun soporte con el producto (daño a la puerta por 1eros o 3eros) son malisimos y no dan respuesta.
Home depot no se hace responsable o trabaja directamente con Gen Steel de cualquier problema te manda directo con fabricante.
No recomendado.
Terrible customer service.
Security doors that you can only get spare parts through a bureaucratic process.
I do not recommend that you buy this brand because if you need any support with the product (damage to the door by 1st or 3rd parties) they are very bad and do not give an answer.
Home depot is not responsible or works directly with Gen Steel for any problem they send you directly to the manufacturer.
Not recommended.
