Most of the offices have signs and information on the procedures to be carried out. Every time I carry out a procedure I get a solution. Do not be upset if the staff who attend is not friendly and attentive, that does not mean that they are bad. Unfortunately, it is the way of being of most (not all) of us Tlaxcalans ??

I share the contact information placed at the entrance to the facilities, because the page says nothing about requiring appointments for care. My procedure lasted two tortuous days since I went from Mexico City and I had to stay two days to obtain a certified certificate.

It is a place of public servants that by contingency some services are restricted, this is understood. I put that I did not like it because the staff at the door do not let you pass or know how to give the correct requirements. If one goes from window to window asking why the signs of which procedure are not there. If you ask them, the public servants are on their cell phones and do not look back. If an elderly person does not keep the documents in good order, they do not bother to explain how to order them, they simply remove them from the line. It is a shame that people who come from other states leave angry and without any documents. Gentlemen, remember that they are public servants, not people who are paid for being lost on their cell phones. And please put people at the entrance who give the correct information because they answer incoherently. I went to ask a newborn for a new certificate and they asked me for the original, which obviously does not exist yet.

They don't answer if you don't have an appointment, you call to make an appointment and they don't answer, I've been trying to communicate with them for days and I still can't. I make a cordial call to attention to the directors since their telephone appointment system does not work at all. I cannot be moving from CDMX to there so that they do not allow me to enter because I did not make an appointment by phone. I've been trying to solve my mother's Birth Certificate for almost 2 months, and as long as I don't solve it, she will continue without medical service at IMSS and without being able to collect her pension. It's unfortunate to see that they don't care because they don't do anything about it to improve the service and that being able to speed up a process they don't. Please allow access without an appointment, at least to enter and schedule it directly with the appropriate person. I hope you take into account the comments to improve the service and speed up the procedures, especially for foreigners who do not live in Tlaxcala and who cannot be constantly coming and going, paying for hotels, meals, transportation, etc.
