★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el Domingo a realizarme mi prueba Covid. Ingrese en la parte de Urgencias, a lo mucho me tarde como 1hr. No había mucha gente como a las 10 am llegue. Recuerden llevar su pluma y su carnet porque les hacen llenar el cuestionario y solicitud de laboratorio. Buen servicio por parte del personal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi esposa esta embrazada de 8 meses y la mandaron a urgencias pero antes debe recolectar las firmas por el hospital para recolectar unas firmas y le atiendan, ya después del tour en servicio social encontramos que ... esta cerrado... no entiendo su logística y por que pueden tener un trabajo que no quieren realizar... si la mandaron a urgencias no creo que sea por que este al 100% en su condición física. Son mas de las 10 de la mañana

La atención no es inmediata ni porque es urgencias. A mi hermano lo dejaron esperando 2 días con dolor de apendicitis grado 4 para operarlo. Los doctores no te ayudan con información de tu paciente, te dicen que no les toca o que ya salieron de su turno.
It is one of the dirtiest clinics I have ever seen. The hygiene is terrible and the facilities are very neglected.
Attention is not immediate or because it is an emergency. My brother was left waiting 2 days with grade 4 appendicitis pain to operate on him. The doctors do not help you with information about your patient, they tell you that it is not their turn or that they have already left their shift.

Inadmisible que los recursos se ocupen para todo menos para lo realmente prioritario como el mantenimiento de los equipo e instalaciones.
