★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled in the mountain valley of Michoacan, this airport is pleasantly designed. It is very clean. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. It is wheelchair accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. So unhelpful & rude. First time flying & no one seemed to be willing to help. I was there 1 hour & half early to my flight and they told me I was too late & they could only reschedule me a week later. I didn’t have any luggage to check in just my personal, everything was done, just needed to check in & they wouldn’t help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody is very helpful except the immigration they are rude impolite the worst of Mexico they will make you feel like you are nothing in your country .especially the staf that atends 5 am 6am 7am 8am 9am flights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only encountered 1 rude unhelpful staff, also the immigration process took 2 hours, they definitely need more staff it’s extremely slow. But in the bright side the other staff were very kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrive from a long flight and the line to enter was super long and yet no restrooms were available. I was traveling with my 3 kids and my 4 year old really had to use the restroom but they didn't let me in. Really bad experience.

If you are a seasoned traveler come with extra patience. This airport has their own set of rules in terms of boarding, luggage and security checks. Read the airport guidelines and be aware that they will overwrite the airline guidelines. Safe travels y’all.
