My baby (4 years ago) underwent surgery there, the doctor was excellent, but most of the nurses are horrible, despotic and rude, they forget that thanks to the patients they eat. They don't even do the work, we had to take care of the babies and they went inside and outside filling out papers. The night I had problems with one of them, a baby passed away and they realized until there was nothing to do. Rude even to give information about patients. If they don't have a vocation, they should give way to someone who DOES love what they do. They forget that everything in this life comes back.

Due to pandemic reasons, it is not possible to be in the emergency waiting room with more than one companion, depending on the severity of the problem, they attend in an orderly manner and with a constant rhythm, due to the current virus, it is not possible to stay for so long have had a person with Covid19 without the proper measures. It is true that one as a patient and / or family member must cover various expenses such as materials and if the patient needs a specific examination or study, the cost is absorbed by the patient or relatives. They do not charge you hospitalization expenses, you only have to comply with the things that they ask you, such as bringing materials, supplies, medicines that are not in stock, blood donors, etc. This depends on the situation of the patient. The truth is, the service is very good and adequate, the nurses and doctors explain everything well and adequately and if there are doubts, they also clarify everything. I really recommend it a lot and more for people who, as in our case, are not beneficiaries of any health service.
