★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inventen tardan en contestar ??♂️ algo tardados por cierto y coincido con algunos de los comentarios (te piden toda una enciclopedia para cobrar los daños que no tuviste la culpa) mal servicio eh
 Don't invent it, they take time to answer ??♂️ a little late by the way and I agree with some of the comments (they ask you for an entire encyclopedia to collect the damages that weren't your fault) bad service huh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente. Es la primera vez que hago uso de este seguro y súper bien la atención, llegaron rápido y el ajustador peleó hasta llegar al acuerdo que me convenía como parte afectada! Ya que como siempre si la Otra parte no quería pagar y por lo regular los seguros tratan de convencerte para aceptar cualquier cosa y te da mucho coraje porque dices para que tengo seguro.
Excellent. It is the first time that I use this insurance and the attention was super good, they arrived quickly and the adjuster fought to reach an agreement that was convenient for me as the affected party! Since as always if the other party did not want to pay and insurance usually tries to convince you to accept anything and it gives you a lot of courage because you say that I have insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pondría 0 estrellas pero no se puede. Solo te dan largas para pagarte tus daños, piden una biblia de documentos y aún así se tardan para realizarte el pago se excusan con que “su banco debe dar autorización para que le depositemos” ??♂️??♂️ muy mala aseguradora.
I would give it 0 stars but you can't. They only give you long to pay your damages, they ask for a bible of documents and even so they take time to make the payment, they excuse themselves with the fact that "your bank must give authorization for us to deposit it" ??♂️??♂️ very bad insurer.

-La atención es bastante pobre, me pasé semanas "cazandolos" por teléfono para que resolvieran mi caso por qué difícilmente contestan aunque lo intentes dentro de los contados días que laboran.
-Son poco claros con el proceso que debes seguir para que indemnicen tus daños, al punto que después de semanas tuve que acabar llendo a las oficinas a arreglarlo en persona.
-Tuve que acompletar de mi dinero para pagar los daños que ellos iban a cubrir.
Appalling.
-The attention is quite poor, I spent weeks "hunting" them on the phone so that they would solve my case because they hardly answer even if you try within the few days they work.
-They are unclear about the process you must follow to compensate your damages, to the point that after weeks I had to end up going to the offices to fix it in person.
-I had to complete my money to pay for the damages that they were going to cover.

Van 15 dias y no eh visto reflejado nada. Fui a las oficinas y me dijeron que tenía que esperar hasta que me cayera el pago. Definitivamente horrible.
Very unpunctual with the payment of damages. It took 7 to 10 days to deposit me in my bank account.
