Que no tienen conciencia , como brsn bien y no dan resultados, o es que ustedes son estafadores digo yo ya que el sery que ofrecen ni cumplen
Pónganse en en la camiseta de lis pacientes ,su desesperación es gigante por no saber resultado, creó que el servicio oficial está mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio....me hice la prueba del covid-19 el día lunes...se supone quedaría el día miércoles el resultado...tengo desde el miércoles marcando y es hora que ni siquiera contestan....mucha gente por fuera del lugar a pie...cuando se supone sólo deben ir en carro y te toman la muestra desde el mismo sin que te bajes para evitar contagios...demasiado informal e inseguro para quienes vamos a que nos hagan la prueba....
Terrible service .... I did the test of the covid-19 on Monday ... the result is supposed to be on Wednesday ... I have been dialing since Wednesday and it is time that they do not even answer .... many people for out of the place on foot ... when they are supposed to just go by car and they take the sample from it without you getting off to avoid infections ... too informal and insecure for those who are going to give us the test ... .

Les pondría -5, actualmente no se como cuentan con la autorizaciones y certificaciones para análisis tan importantes.... es una pena ver tan rebasado su servicio y protocolos, deberían limitarse a lo que pueden hacer y no representar un riesgo para sus clientes y comunidad... más preocupados en la cantidad que en la calidad, se acordaran cuando pasen de nuevo a ofrecer un servicio y no creer que le están haciendo un favor a los clientes....
Terrible service, not recommended or for routine analysis. I would give them -5, currently I do not know how they have the authorizations and certifications for such important analyzes ... it is a shame to see their service and protocols so far out of date, they should limit themselves to what they can do and not represent a risk to their clients and community ... more concerned about quantity than quality, they will remember when they go back to offer a service and not believe that they are doing customers a favor ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La toma de muestras es rápida, pero el tiempo para la entrega de resultados su publicidad es falsa, ya que no tienen servicio de entrega en 24 HORAS como se promocionan, desde que llegas te advierten que tardaran de 48 a 72 horas, cuando les dije de mi urgencia por ser una persona de dad avanzada, me dijeron que les pondrían express para tenerlos en 24hrs, pero no fue así. Cuando llame solo me dijeron que estaba en proceso y que me llegaría por correo
