★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité informacion sobre una endodoncia para un paciente con dentofobia. El paciente recién llega a la CDMX y estamos en la búsqueda de un dentista adecuado y si es posible con experiencia en pacientes con fobia. Al preguntar sobre este tipo de atención la respuesta fue que la única opción es una cirugia en quirofano con un costo de 35,000 pesos mx, lo cual se puede entender pues puede ser un proceso complejo, sin embargo se esperaría que como profesionales tengan distintas opciones y estrategias de atencion para sus diferentes tipos de pacientes. Al comentarles y resaltar su evidente falta de experiencia su respuesta fue irrespetuosa y bastante grosera, pues no era necesario que hiciera énfasis en la "posible falta de presupuesto". Definitivamente una atención nada recomendable.

When asking about this type of care, the answer was that the only option is surgery in the operating room with a cost of 35,000 pesos mx, which can be understood as it can be a complex process, however it would be expected that as professionals they have different options and care strategies for your different types of patients. When commenting on them and highlighting their evident lack of experience, their response was disrespectful and quite rude, since it was not necessary for them to emphasize the "possible lack of budget". Definitely not recommended attention.
