El estacionamiento es chico comparado al número de departamentos.
Los departamentos son pequeños. Pero para un par de personas es cómodo. Y tienen buen mantenimiento.
Fuera de la unidad hay bastante inseguridad, a pesar del patrullaje.

Parking is small compared to the number of apartments.
The departments are small. But for a couple of people it is comfortable. And they are well maintained.
Outside the unit, there is considerable insecurity, despite the patrol.
