★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiada gente formada, solamente funcionaba 1 cajero, la gente que estaba en oficina estaba saliendo a pagar y la gente de auto estabamos haciendo mucho trafico formados, la pantalla de los cajeros no son visibles con el tipo de lámina que se tiene ahí se transparenta y no se ven desde el auto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si gustas trabajar en un horario de 8am a 8pm, que los jefes te insulten a cada rato, que te llamen a reuniones solo para seguir insultandote y que te llamen la atención por vender muy bien pero no seguir los estúpidos pasos de la llamada. Felicidades, este empleo es para ti.
El salario es bueno, pero como mencioné, las condiciones de trabajo son horribles y el gran cáncer de este lugar es el área de calidad. No te dan ningún incentivo por la calidad, pero si te penalizan mucho por pequeños detalles en la misma.
If you like to work from 8am to 8pm, that the bosses insult you every so often, that they call you to meetings just to keep insulting you and that they call your attention for selling very well but not following the stupid steps of the call. Congratulations, this job is for you.
The salary is good, but as I mentioned, the working conditions are horrible and the big cancer of this place is the quality area. They do not give you any incentive for quality, but they do penalize you a lot for small details in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa es muy buena con grandes prestaciones y ya son de las pocas que lo dan, pero lo que de plano resta por completo es mucha de su gente que es grosera, despota y te humillan, los horarios son abusivos por qué trabajas desde casa. Hay varios JV de ruta hogar y un gerente que son muy malos jefes por qué de líderes no tienen nada!! Te denigran, te hacen sentir mal, se burlan, te explotan, te hostigan a cada rato y pobre de ti de que no llegues a sus metas diarias por qué te citan más temprano a trabajar hasta que no mejores. Esta clase de personas son los que hacen que termines decepcionando de esta empresa. Si van a trabajar ahí, piénselo dos veces.

They denigrate you, they make you feel bad, they make fun of you, they exploit you, they harass you all the time and woe to you that you don't reach your daily goals because they make an appointment for you earlier to work until you don't get better. These kinds of people are the ones that make you end up disappointing this company. If you are going to work there, think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato al inicio es bueno te lo pintan muy buen trabajo pero para la firma de contrato se esperan antes de la quincena LO QUE NUNCA DICEN es que nunca pagan la primera quincena siempre te hacen esperarte a la segunda con excusa de los cortes de nómina no dicen el sueldo fijo al inicio ya que solo los primeros 3 meses aproximadamente pagan 8,000 y los siguientes tu sueldo base es de 4,500 al mes y no comisionado hasta que tengas planta o base que es hasta el 5to mes si hay vacantes si no hay tienes que esperar como suplente sin derecho a comisión y trabajando cuando ellos quieran el tiempo que tú jefe lo decida, ejemplo: si ya acabaste tu meta del día pero los demás no te tienes que quedar hasta que todos acaben o al menos la mayoría el horario es de 8 a 8 de lunes a sábado y solo te dan 1 hora de comida en las 12hrs y eso dependiendo de tus resultados, puedes salir desde las 2 o hasta las 6 de la tarde, no dan ningun día festivo más que el 25 de diciembre y el 1 de enero y los demás días no se descansan aunque sean por ley lo pagan al triple pero no lo vale, como trabajo de un rato te sirve pero tienes que esperar un mes para tu pago forzosamente si lo quieren para trabajar urgentemente no les funciona. Los jefes son super incapaces y déspotas además de que tienen en exceso rotación de personal.
