★ ★ ★ ★ ★ soy clienta frecuente y nunca había tenido queja alguna por los productos, pero en esta ocasión no es así, el día sábado al rededor de las 5 dela tarde compre un pastel de tiramisu tres leches y salio echado a perder :(, espero tengan cuidado porque la verdad sus productos son muy buenos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre a sido mi pastelería preferida, pero últimamente si no vas a la matriz (o a donde donde fabrican) no conseguirás pasteles del día, en el resto de las sucursales te venden pasteles ya de muchas dias. Por ejemplo, hoy 1 de octubre me compraron éste y tiene fecha de elaboración del 24 de septiembre, han pasado 7 días desde su elaboración. La verdad, no esta chido que vendan pasteles con tantos dias en refrigeración.
Mejor hagan un análisis de consumo y eviten mandar productos que no tengan movimiento continúo a sus sucursales y asi evitan tener productos tanto tiempo en refrigeración.
It has always been my favorite pastry shop, but lately if you don't go to the headquarters (or where they manufacture) you won't get cakes of the day, in the rest of the branches they sell you cakes for many days. For example, today October 1 they bought this one and it has a production date of September 24, 7 days have passed since its production. The truth is, it is not cool that they sell cakes with so many days in the refrigerator.
Better do a consumption analysis and avoid sending products that do not have continuous movement to their branches and thus avoid having products in refrigeration for so long.
