★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato, amabilidad y paciencia para los adultos mayores; excelente atención a los familiares, pero no cumplen con los servicios que ofrecen; pues les falta mas atención en la higiene de los abuelitos (no los bañan, cambian o asean diariamente), revuelven las pertenencias en las maletas, hay mucha desorganización (olvidan dar medicamentos, extravían pertenencias, ofrecen servicio de lavanderia y envian la ropa sucia, etc), no se percatan si tuvieron una caída o golpe al entrar. Recomiendo poner más atención a estos detalles.
 Good treatment, kindness and patience for the older adults; excellent attention to relatives, but they do not comply with the services they offer; They lack more attention to hygiene than the grandparents (they do not bathe, change or clean them daily), they rummage through the belongings in the suitcases, there is a lot of disorganization (they forget to give medicines, misplace belongings, offer laundry service and send dirty clothes, etc), they do not notice if they had a fall or a blow when entering. I recommend paying more attention to these details.
