Fue una decisión muy muy difícil de tomar, sin embargo al paso de los años hemos valorado que fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer. Ella tiene una muy buena atención, siempre esta limpia, cuidada, come lo correcto y nos han permitido estar cerca de ella. Siempre están al pendiente de hacerles ejercicios tanto físicos como cerebrales, Recibimos la explicaciones necesarias cuantas veces las solicitamos y como familia hemos conservado nuestra relación. Gracias a todos ellos por querer tanto a nuestra madre.
My mother has been in this place for several years due to a state of senile dementia. It was a very very difficult decision to make, however over the years we have valued that it was the best we could do. She has very good attention, is always clean, cared for, eats the right thing and has allowed us to be close to her. They are always on the lookout for both physical and cerebral exercises. We receive the necessary explanations as many times as we request them and as a family we have maintained our relationship. Thanks to all of them for loving our mother so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Cusen lindavista no hay un responsable del cuidado de los abuelos, los maltratan y violentan, tuve que sacar a mi mama de ese lugar porque me la entregaron golpeada y nadie supo que fue lo que le ocurrio.

Cuando pides informes te tratan muy bien, hablan maravillas del lugar y de sus pacientes pero cuando ya contratas el servicio son groseros, piden a cada rato ropa "especial" para tu familiar por los cambios de clima pero cuando vas a visitarlos o te mandan fotos nunca aparecen. Hay inconsistencias en el seguimiento del tratamiento, hay pastillas que se acaban antes y otras que no las ocupan. A mi familiar lo tuve que sacar por que su salud se deterioro tremendamente y al llevarlo con su doctor nos comento que se encontraba en pésimas condiciones por falta de cuidado. Es increíble que esta seudo casa donde dicen que cuidan a tu ser querido de la mejor forma solo vean como robarte ya sea en medicamentos, ropa o/y dinero.
¡NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA! por favor no lleven a sus familiares a este lugar... es un maltrato increíble el que tienen con ellos y con uno mismo cuando se les confronta y exigimos respuesta.
Gracias a Dios que nosotros actuamos a tiempo por que platicando con los vecinos nos han comentado que ya hay varias quejas de otros clientes donde por descuido del personal de este lugar han fallecido sus familias .
WATCH OUT!
When you ask for reports they treat you very well, they speak wonders about the place and their patients but when you already hire the service they are rude, they ask every now and then for "special" clothes for your family member due to the weather changes but when you go to visit them or they send you photos they never show up. There are inconsistencies in the follow-up of the treatment, there are pills that run out before and others that do not fill them. I had to remove my family member because his health deteriorated tremendously and when he took him to his doctor, he told us that he was in terrible condition due to lack of care. It is incredible that this pseudo house where they say that they take care of your loved one in the best way only see how to steal from you whether it be medicines, clothes or/and money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! please do not take your relatives to this place... it is an incredible mistreatment that they have with them and with oneself when they are confronted and we demand a response.
Thank God that we act on time because talking with the neighbors they have told us that there are already several complaints from other customers where their families have died due to carelessness of the staff of this place.
