Me dijeron que ese mes no había cambios porque era el mes helvex(¿ que tiene que ver eso ?) . Después que porque lo compre con descuento del 25% y que por eso no había cambio.En todo lugar aceptan cambios aun con descuento al menos que se especifique en la propaganda, algo que no había. Ni tenía publicidad de que había descuento y ni siquiera era de liquidación. Después me dijeron que si me lo cambiaban como tenia el 40% en esos momentos me lo tomarían más barato a lo que les dije que no tenía problema con eso y ya me dijeron que aun así no me lo podrían cambiar porque su sistema marcaría error por la diferencia de precios . En verdad que pésima y desagradable experiencia. En todo lugar te hacen cambios y no había ninguna cartulina que dijera NO SE ACEPTAN CAMBIOS NI DEVOLUCIONES POR TENER DESCUENTO. El gerente solo me dijo que tomara en cuenta mi sugerencia de poner las especificaciones algo que el como gerente es algo que debería de saber. Appalling. They did not want me to change a counter basket for the sink. They told me that there were no changes that month because it was the Helvex month (what does that have to do with it?). Then because I bought it with a 25% discount and that is why there was no change. Everywhere they accept changes even with a discount unless it is specified in the advertisement, something that there was not. There was no advertising that there was a discount and it was not even a clearance sale. Then they told me that if they changed it to me as I had 40% at that time they would take it cheaper than I told them that I had no problem with that and they already told me that they still could not change it because their system would mark an error for the price difference. Truly what a lousy and unpleasant experience. Changes are made everywhere and there was no card that said NO CHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR HAVING A DISCOUNT. The manager just told me to take into account my suggestion of specifying something that he as a manager is something he should know.
