★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compramos un piso hace 2 meses, en Sucursal Salida a Zacatecas, nos dijeron que en 4 semanas llegaba. Hasta la fecha no hay respuesta. Llamo y me dicen que mañana, vuelvo a llamar y que en una semana y ahora salen con que no saben cuándo. Un asesor quedó de revisar la fecha y me dijo que me llamaba. Pasó una semana y nunca recibí llamada. Llamo para cancelar y me dicen que necesito llenar una serie de documentos y que sólo se recibe en lunes la cancelación y a ver si en una semana regresan el dinero.
Jamás vuelvo a comprar con ellos. Compré un producto similar con la competencia y en 3 días me llegó tal cuál me indicaron..

Terrible service, we bought an apartment 2 months ago, in the Salida a Zacatecas branch, they told us that it would arrive in 4 weeks. To date there is no response. I call and they tell me that tomorrow, I'll call again and that in a week and now they say they don't know when. An advisor stayed to check the date and told me he was calling me. A week passed and I never received a call. I call to cancel and they tell me that I need to fill out a series of documents and that the cancellation is only received on Monday and to see if they return the money in a week.
I will never shop with them again. I bought a similar product with the competition and in 3 days it arrived as indicated.
