★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen mercancía suficiente en existencia, tales como accesorios de baños, comprar sobre pedido tarda mucho. Hoy que llegué de hace un mes que pedí mi mercancía ya pagada, (Debo aclarar que el problema fue en la sucursal que tienen como cinco cuadras abajo de esta sucursal) ahora resultó que no tenían completo mi pedido, tuve que desplazarme a otra sucursal (Que es a la que le estoy dando la referencia negativa porque la otra no me apareció) y tampoco me pudieron surtir. La gerente Geraldine me dió un pésimo servicio, no fue servicial, pues me pidió que regresará otra vez a su sucursal para que me pudieran surtir y acomopletar. Me molesté mucho, porque las entregas a domicilio por parte de ellos cobran flete (aunque sea a unas cuadras), un trabajador me hizo el favor de pedirle que me llevarán el completo del material a la sucursal que ellos me habían mandado y no quería. Pues como el trabajador le dijo que yo estaba molesta, accedió, pero que creen? La sucursal está como a 5 cuadras pasaron 20 minutos y no mandó a nadie (a fuerza quería que yo regresara porque no encuentro la explicación). Fue la última vez que visito esa tienda. Le pedí por teléfono que como no me iban a pagar la gasolina, pues ahora les costara a ellos llevarme mi material a domicilio. A ver si me cumple esa real Geraldine esto fue hoy sábado 18/01/2020... Esta historia continuará...?

The manager Geraldine gave me a lousy service, she was not helpful, because she asked me to return to her branch again so that they could stock me and accommodate me. I was very upset, because home deliveries charge them freight (even a few blocks away), a worker did me the favor of asking him to take the complete material to the branch they had sent me and did not want. Well, as the worker told him that I was upset, he agreed, but what do you think? The branch is about 5 blocks away 20 minutes passed and he didn't send anyone (he wanted me to come back because I can't find the explanation). It was the last time I visited that store. I asked him on the phone that since they were not going to pay me for gas, now it will cost them to take my material home.
